Service Requests
Submitting a booking through this website creates a service request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is final only after Apex Climate Solutions reviews and confirms it. We will contact you using the details you provide to confirm or adjust the scheduled time.
Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee of $89 applies to service visits and is due at the time of the visit. The fee covers inspection and diagnosis. Any repair or replacement work is quoted separately and begins only with your approval.
Estimates and Approvals
Recommendations made during a visit are explained with pricing before work starts. You are never obligated to approve additional work, and declining a recommended repair does not affect the diagnostic visit itself.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate contact and service-address information so we can confirm appointments and reach the correct location. If your details change after booking, call us at (555) 013-4477 to update them.
